Course Overview
The course focuses specifically on the delivery of meaningful, real world skills that complement all walks of people across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and community services, as well as individuals seeking to foster a supportive environment in their workplaces or communities.
Throughout the course participants will also address psychosocial hazards—factors in the workplace or community that can affect mental health, such as stress, bullying, and workload pressures.
Interactive sessions, discussions and workshops provide the opportunity to further develop skills to identify psycosocial hazards and understand their impact on individuals and teams.
Strategies for mitigating psychosocial risks are incorporated, empowering attendees to create healthier environments that promote mental well-being and resilience. Integrating this vital aspect into the course supports organisational growth in both mental health awareness and response within workplace and community.
